Nutrition and Weight Loss

Nutrition and wellness go hand-in-hand. All of our chiropractic patient's are entitled to complimentary nutritional consultations. 

Our nutritional consultations require each patient to write down their daily food and liquid intake for 3 days. This includes type of food, quantity, and included toppings/ingredients (i.e. Toasted bread with salted butter). 


The doctor will review your nutrition and create a customized plan for you which includes the proper types of foods and supplements you need to better your body's health. Together with your treatments, most changes are found when nutrition is incorporated properly into someones diet.

Weight Loss Programs

Our popular Weight Loss Program has helped many of our patients reach their desired weight goals or just helping them become more active while feeling better. 


This program is designed to change your eating habits for life. With 5 personal sessions and weigh-in's with the doctor, you are guided through your journey of better eating in order to teach you the skills needed to keep weight off and be as healthy as possible.


For 30 days, an advanced plan is set into place with an exercise and food regimen. The plan includes a grocery list, and the food set out of each meal and snack for 30 days. Exercise is planned out for the 30 days, at only 12 minutes a day, 4 days a week with no use of equipment or additional resources. It can easily be done at home, with the whole family!


After the plan is complete, you would have learned how to cook new, healthy recipes, and learned of new foods to help you with certain ailments, and which exercises best suit you.
